At Roadlok EU we do not sell products directly to consumers. We refer customers to official dealers for purchase and service.

Purchasing through dealers

All purchases of RoadLok products are made through authorised dealers. The dealer is therefore the first point of contact for:

• Return requests
• Exchanges
• Warranty claims

Returns

Because Roadlok EU does not sell directly:

• Products cannot be returned directly to Roadlok EU
• Always submit a return request to the dealer where the product was purchased
• The return conditions of the relevant dealer apply

Warranty

RoadLok products come with:

• Lifetime warranty through the dealer
• Warranty handling takes place exclusively through the dealer of purchase
