How do I place an order?

Placing an order

On this website you do not make a direct purchase, but submit a request that is forwarded to a dealer of your choice. This way we ensure that you are always assisted by a local specialist who can advise you, supply the product and, if desired, install it. Below you will find a step-by-step overview of how the ordering process works.

Step 1 – Choose the right product

Select the product that is suitable for your motorcycle. Carefully check that the product is compatible with your type of motorcycle. Once you have found the right product, add it to your request.

Step 2 – Enter your details

Go to the checkout and enter your personal details, such as your name, address, email address and phone number. These details are used to process your request correctly and to contact you.

Step 3 – Choose a dealer

While completing your request, you choose a dealer near you. You can use our store locator to easily find a suitable dealer. The dealer you choose becomes responsible for the further handling of your request.

Step 4 – Submit your request

After placing your request you will receive a confirmation by email. At the same time, the chosen dealer receives your request with the details you provided and the selected product.

Step 5 – The dealer contacts you

The dealer will contact you to discuss the request. Matters such as availability, delivery time, possible installation and making an appointment will be discussed. You can also ask any questions during this contact.

Step 6 – Payment and handling through the dealer

Payment takes place at the dealer and not through this website. Depending on your preference, you can collect the product from the dealer or have it installed there. The dealer takes care of the complete handling of your order.
